Hi, I’m Michael, the founder and baker behind Rustic Grain Bakery. I spent over a decade working as a chef in professional kitchens, including some renowned Michelin-starred restaurants. While my primary focus was on cooking, I was always captivated by the simplicity and significance of bread—a timeless staple that brings people together.

Years later, I finally decided to try my hand at bread making. What began as a humble experiment quickly turned into an all-consuming passion. Who would have thought that a few simple ingredients could pose such a challenge? But through persistence, I found not only a craft I love but a way to connect with others
